A B.Com. (Honours) graduate of the reputed college of Delhi University, Lady Shri Ram,Pratibha Sharma completed most of her education outside of India, including her MBA from Assumption University, Thailand.

She went on to teach BBA and MBA students in Bangkok and Singapore. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of educational administration and management. Since 1996, Pratibha Sharma has been involved in the establishment of Ram-Eesh Group of Institutions. She has been instrumental in developing it to the level it is today.
